    I'm looking at Mi Casa presently as the engineer coming is supposed to share a car with this other engineer who's already staying in Mi Casa.
    Can't promise number of units, but every month, I have an average of 15-20 engineers coming in, but not all will like to stay all the way to CCK as they work in Jurong Island.
    Corporate lease, 1 yr, because they may get transferred to another site after 1 yr, & may be rented under another subsidary company name.
    If your landlord is looking at leasing long term to this company, no problem, just have to renew every year.
    I have 12 engineers in Mi Casa so far, all landlords are very happy with them.
    1 engg to 1 unit, company pays PUB, so no worries abt construction site facing, because they will not open their window.

The current unit rental rate for Mi Casa is around $3800 to $5000, depending on the unit size and facing. Is that the only preferred project or would you be ok with units within CCK estate?

There are few units in Northvale going at $3200 to $3800 and Quintet going at $3300 to $3500. How many units do you require? How long will the lease be?

    Hi Mike,

    I need more units at Mi Casa because every 3 engineers shares a car, so preferably in the same development + they discuss work together at times.
    I have 12 engineers there so far, mixture of 2+1 & 3 bedders, all at $3200 fully furnish.
    I was even offered $3200 fully furnish for a 4-bedder.
    corporate lease, PUB paid by company too, so no worries abt construction site facing too as they will not open their windows.
    1-yr lease as after 1 yr, they may get transferred to another site with a diff company name.
    even if this engg doesn't stay, next 1 will come in & take over the unit, so if your landlord wants to rent long term, just renew every yr.
